A new six-story development bringing 37 affordable rental homes to Honolulu.

This ground-up project features thoughtfully designed rental homes and ground-floor parking, contributing to much-needed housing in the heart of the city. The project will offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units with modern living spaces available for residents. All units will be reserved for households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income, in accordance with the City and County of Honolulu’s affordable housing guidelines.
